Hello, I am Farrel Owens the CEO/Executive Director of nonprofit housing
development corporation. We are a registered 501 c, 3 but fairly new here in
Miami Florida. I am seeking grants for new construction of multifamily and
single-family affordable housing projects. I am having a problem even
securing seed dollars from smaller local entities because we have only been
active for 1 year. If anyone has any information on where I can secure grants
or suitable financing, please let me know. Thank you.
