I am researching business development for the Hispanic minority. I would like to be able to increase the development of small-Hispanic businesses. I have downloaded the census charts from the Census bureau and was curious if anyone new of an inner city or community study that targets the Hispanic minority?*I would like to be able to review the study(ies)?

A couple things come to mind:
Paul Huck, Sherrie Rhine, Philip Bond and Robert Townsend, "Small Business Finance in
Two Chicago Minority Neighborhoods," Economic Perspectives (Chicago Fed), Second
Quarter, 46-62. (One of the neighborhoods is predominantly hispanic.)
