Sabino Community Development Resources, a consulting firm based in Tucson, AZ but working nationally, has an opening for a Real Estate Analyst.* The Analyst will evaluate potential Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Investments for a large client of SCDR.* The position involves extensive travel and requires the ability to work independently.* The Analyst does not need to be based in Tucson.* Training will be provided, but experience in the financial analysis of multifamily housing, basic familiarity with the LIHTC program, and understanding of apartment markets are essential.* Good written and oral communication skills are essential.*
