I'm developing an incentive program for my community development credit
union ($7 million in assets, 3,500 members and 16 Employees) and I wonder if
anyone has either a model that can be shared or thoughts about what works
and what doesn't.
I appreciate any comments.

Good afternoon fellow netters:

I am from a community chartered credit union. We have been approached by a local radio station and a small county newspaper to create a relationship whereby they would use unsold advertising space to market credit union products and services. They would e
xpect a return or commission back to them for business the CU generated as a result of these ads. It is a modified "bartering" of sorts.

If anyone has done a similar thing I would like to talk with you. Please respond with your name and phone so I can call you for the details.

Thank You!
