Director, Microbusiness Development Program
Local Development Corporation seeks Program Director for one of NYC's most
successful microbusiness development and loan programs. Directs technical
assistance delivery, organizes and leads financial education workshops in
conjunction with other organizations, prepares periodic reports on program activities
and loan fund. Manages client data systems. Directs loan underwriting
activities. Manages a portfolio of over 100 loans totaling over $1.3M. Supervises
two business counselors.
Requirements: Knowledge of small biz lending in NYC, BA or BS, two years
experience in small business development. Must be fluent Spanish. Salary:
$45-$50K, depending on experience, plus health insurance.
