This Citigroup Foundation- sponsored training is for all interested parties involved in microenterprise development in the northwest and southwest regions of the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
The training will highlight:
· Hot & Emerging Trends in Microenterprise;
· Microenterprise Business Basics, Skill Building & Advanced Training; and
· A special session on Microentrepreneurs with Disabilities & Working with Immigrant/Refugee Populations.

The training will offer the following:
· Microenterprise Business Basics and Skill Building for field staff;
· Microentrepreneurs with Disabilities & Immigrant/Refugee Populations; and
· A Special session on forming SMAs in the southeast and how to utilize your SMA more effectively.

AEO is in the throws of revising its current training curriculum for introductory microenterprise development and we need your input!* We are asking for our members’ participation to make this endeavor a reality and a success.* Here is how you can help:
1. Fill out the AEO Training Survey,
2. Respond to the RFQ for the AEO Training Task Group, and
3. Respond to the RFP for the Curriculum Consultants.
