Training on Collections

Hi List Serve Members,

I was wondering whether there are any training opportunities on
collections available for staff of community based lenders. I am
interested in considering training for a staff member who is interested
in learning more about more aggressive and consistent methods of getting
borrowers to make payments. Please let me know if you know of any such
