JOB OPENING:* PROGRAM MANAGER, MICROTEST
Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit?* Are you looking for a new challenge in program expansion, executing a strategic business plan and coordinating an energetic team?** FIELD seeks a Program Manager to lead MicroTest, a national system for measuring performance in the U.S. microenterprise industry, to the next level.* The PM will broaden MicroTest’s reach by garnering support from new members and funders and lead analysis of data and dissemination of findings.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant public policy or social science discipline; 7+ years experience in related work; outstanding writing, presentation, resource development, and management skills; and the ability to successfully guide a program in its continuing success.
