Northcentral Montana Community Ventures Coalition
Havre, Montana
The Northcentral Montana Community Ventures Coalition is seeking an
Executive Director. The Coalition serves an eleven county,
three-reservation area and is dedicated to implementing a ten year plan to
reduce poverty. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work
with a start-up nonprofit organization. Director will be responsible for
establishing office, hiring staff, and developing organizational procedures
and policies. The Coalition includes representatives from tribal and local
governments, economic development offices, social service agencies and
other non-profits and organizations. The position will require extensive
travel within the region. At full staffing, it is anticipated the director
will supervise up to nine employees and oversee an annual budget of over
one million dollars. The director will provide leadership for the further
development and on-going implementation of the Coalitions vision, mission,
guiding principles, values and strategies. Position description and

www.montanacv.org. No phone calls. Salary range is $60,000 to 70,000
annually with benefit package. Office will be located in Havre, Montana.
